About Leaf and Bean

A café on Bishop Street, Tuam, with food that tastes good and does you good.

A box of wraps and rolls against the owl wallpaper.

The pitch is local and organic. All the eggs are free range, the coffee is direct trade and the milk is organic. The meats are Irish and, where possible, sourced locally by the café's butchers.

The suppliers are named: organic leaves and veg from Savage Garden and Fuinseog Farm, goat's cheese from Galway Goat Farm, jams and chutneys from Lizzy's Homemade Jams, organic beef, bacon, sausage and pudding from Andarl Farm, ketchups from The Sauce Guy, eggs from Galway Free Range and coffee from The Coffee Company.

Owls are printed on the cups and the wallpaper. Platters and sandwich boxes are made for offices and events, and there is a sister café in Headford.
